Dedication to go the Gurdwara, even in snow...

 

Today it is snowing heavily where we live. This morning we rang a local elderly Baba Ji, Baba Bhajan Singh, who is just under 90 years old to not drive to the Gurdwara. Mata Ji, his wife, said on phone “I tried telling him. He didn't listen. He has walked to the Gurdwara instead.” The Gurdwara walk is about a 45 minutes walk for him (in normal conditions). Dhan Hai Sikhi! Such dedication at such old age!

When I later arrived at the Gurdwara Sahib, Baba Ji was all by himself in the Guru's Darbaar reading Sri Sukhmani Sahib. Vahiguru.
