ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਰੋਮਿ ਰੋਮਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਵੈ ||
gurmukh rom rom har dhiaavai.
The Gurmukh meditates on the Lord with every hair of his body.

Bhai Sahib said
when you look after your Kesh (hair) properly they act as conductors of Naam
current. Your Kesh on the head connects you to the sky and above. Your
daarhi (beard) connects you to the ground and below. Your moustache connects you
to the world around you. When these currents join the Naam feels like
electric current going through your body.
